What Are Our Standard Hours
Our standard operating hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Greenwich Mean Time (GMT), also known as Western European Time (WET) or UTC.
Do You Work on Weekends?
We are not officially open on Saturdays and Sundays. While some of our Gurus may assist over the weekend, this is not guaranteed.
Do You Work 24/7?
Our task channels are open 24/7, so you can submit tasks at any time. However, our Gurus are not available 24 hours a day. We are exploring the possibility of offering 24/7 support in the future, particularly for priority tasks.
Are You Closed on Public Holidays?
Yes, we observe all UK public holidays, including the below which apply globally:
- Christmas Eve (December 24)
- Christmas Day (December 25)
- Boxing Day (December 26)
- New Year’s Eve (December 31)
- New Year’s Day (January 1)
For any other closures due to holidays or other reasons, we will provide advance notice via email.
Otherwise, you can assume we are operating during our standard hours.
