One of the most popular questions we get asked most often is: “Can this be done as part of Concierge?”
The key thing to remember is that we are a task based business and — Projects aren’t the same as Tasks.
The basic operandi of our system assumes that tasks are small manageable marketing ops activities that can be completed within 1hour.
That doesn’t mean your project can’t be done with us — it just means it might need to be broken down into manageable pieces.
To keep things clear, here’s a rundown of what doesn’t fall under the category of a standard Concierge Task:
Outside the Scope of a Concierge Task:
- Full Website Builds – These are tackled through our Dev Bubble product.
- Complete Website Redesigns – You can either go the Dev Bubble route or work with us to break the redesign into task-sized chunks.
- Landing Pages from External Design Files – If the design wasn’t created by our in-house team, we can still build it — just send us the original PSD.
- Strategy or Marketing Consulting – We’re here to implement, not advise on direction or strategy.
- Custom Plugin or Theme Development – Fully bespoke coding jobs aren’t covered.
- Debugging Complex Plugin or Theme Issues – We don’t dive deep into technical investigations.
- Design Files from Word, Keynote, Google Docs, Pages, etc. – These formats aren’t suitable for our design workflow.
- In-Depth Troubleshooting – If something’s broken, we’ll help implement a fix, but we’re not a forensic tech support team.
- Off-Page SEO or Search Marketing – Not part of our current offerings.
- Social Media Posting – Available only if you’ve added our Project Manager support.
- Uploading Videos to Your Account – We offer editing, but for privacy reasons, we don’t upload directly to your platforms.
- Email Account Setups or General IT Support – These fall outside our remit.
- Virtual Assistant-Type Admin Tasks – Transcriptions, data entry, research, and similar admin work aren’t included.
- Paid Ad Campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) – We don’t handle setup or ongoing ad management. Although we do offer support for a very few and targeted type of businesses, if you would like to submit an enquiry, send us an email at [email protected] and tell us about your campaign.
- Unsupported Plugin/Platform Tasks – We only work with tools and systems on our Supported Platforms list.
- Any Task Judged Too Complex or Large – If a request is too involved for one task and can’t be easily split, we’ll let you know.

No problem! If something falls outside our regular scope, we’ll do one of three things:

If it’s not something we handle, but we know someone who does, we’ll connect you. - Steer You in the Right Direction
And if it’s completely out of our wheelhouse, we’ll still do our best to help you figure out what to do next.
